Technician Taishi is very professional and informative. He efficiently diagnosed the problem and completed the work in a timely manner, keeping us informed as he progressed thru the tasks. And cleaned up after done.
I think the office needs to tamp down all the emails, texts and phone calls regarding the appointment itself. It became irritating. But other companies also go overboard too. As far as price paid, I have been unable to determine if what we paid to replace wax rings on 2 toilets was reasonable or overpriced, other than it felt overpriced. Plumbing companies won’t share ballpark estimates over the phone. A little bit of collusion at play? Anyway, I will continue to research avg price for this type of task vs what we paid. As far as plumbing diagnosis capabilities, efficiency, professionalism, politeness, you can’t go wrong with Aaron Services.
