 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a leak in Uponor AquaPex. We called Sunday afternoon to get an appointment for Monday morning. Left message. Got a call back within 30 min. Person who called was great. Dillon arrived on Monday on time. Did a fantastic job repairing our leak and gave me interesting info about Uponor products. Dillion researched the problem throughly and was able to locate the plug and remove it quickly. Dillon was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a pipe burst at my home, and Aaron Plumbing did an excellent job from start to finish! They were prompt, professional, and showed up the very next day to take care of the problem. Christopher Holder was the service representative who handled the repair, and he did a fantastic job. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was fixed properly. I truly appreciate the great service and attention to detail. It's reassuring to find a company you can count on when an unexpected plumbing emergency happens. I think the office needs to tamp down all the emails, texts and phone calls regarding the appointment itself. It became irritating. But other companies also go overboard too. As far as price paid, I have been unable to determine if what we paid to replace wax rings on 2 toilets was reasonable or overpriced, other than it felt overpriced. Plumbing companies won’t share ballpark estimates over the phone. A little bit of collusion at play? Anyway, I will continue to research avg price for this type of task vs what we paid. As far as plumbing diagnosis capabilities, efficiency, professionalism, politeness, you can’t go wrong with Aaron Services.
