I cannot recommend Aaron Services highly enough, specifically Brandon T. and Will. We recently hired them to replace an old, failing toilet with a brand-new smart toilet, and the level of service they provided completely exceeded our expectations.
What we thought would be a standard installation quickly turned out to be much more complicated when they uncovered some underlying plumbing issues we had no idea existed. Instead of taking shortcuts or just patching things up, Brandon and Will took the time to clearly explain the situation to us and tackled the unexpected problems head-on. Their expertise, transparency, and calm problem-solving skills were incredibly reassuring.
Despite the hidden hurdles, they successfully navigated the complications and got our new smart toilet installed perfectly. They were professional, diligent, and left the workspace completely spotless. Disappointed first time customer. Had a service tech come out and look into a clogged drain, was told would be a $175 diagnostic fee, which consisted of the tech taking the p-trap off the sink, and feeling for air being pulled (which yes, we already knew it was pulling water from the p-trap). Then told that the next step would be a $500 diagnostic by scoping through our toilet. Tech had to go out to make a call because they were stumped. Overall unhappy with the level of service received. Will not be using or recommending them in the future.

They both were professional and honest.
