Today Aaron Plumbing installed a new hot water heater and I believe it has fixed all the issues I experienced. Come to find out the builder installed the original water heater incorrectly. Thank you to Collin who hung in there and got everything fixed. I highly recommend Aaron Plumbing.

After a slightly frustrating scheduling issue they immediately took accountability and came back out to provide guidance. Jason was very professional, kind, and informative. He explained to me and my husband what steps we should take to find a solution and also pointed out something that previous techs have never noticed and physically showed us what was wrong. I really appreciate this company for making things right. I know sometimes things can happen and I really appreciate a company who can take responsibility and own up to their mistake and show integrity. I would definitely recommend this company!
