I contacted Aaron Plumbing for a leak on my the ceiling. The plumber CJ was very polite, professional and honest. He quickly determines that the water leak was indeed from the shower overflowing. But he also did a thorough inspection of my water pipes and heater and sure enough found that my PRV valve was not working as it was allowing upwards of 90pai of water pressure instead of the standard 60psi. This high pressure is not good for pipes especially in an older house like mine. He also found that the thermal expansion tank on the water heater was full of water and not working per design. I really appreciated CJ taking the time to check all this stuff - he potentially saved me potential headaches and money had my pipes busted and sprung leaks from the high pressure or thermal expansions issues with my heater - very grateful. Had to replace a shower pressure balancing valve every couple months for 2 years. I thought maybe the valve in the wall had failed but planned that repair with a full bathroom remodel - which I kept delaying. Then my water heater, which I thought was 18 years old started releasing pressure and overflow water every couple minutes. I thought for sure I needed a new tank.  Gabe did an inspection of both items. Instead of busting out my shower to replace the valve and replacing my water heater just because I thought that was the problem, he was honest. My water heater was 6 years old (1 month out of warranty of  course) but fine. My shower valve was fine. The issue, my high rise condo towers' main PRV in my unit failed so my fixtures were being crushed under 200 lbs of pressure. In the process of that fix, we discovered my main shut off was only partially working. Aaron Plumbing could have hit me with over $5000 in charges but their honesty saved me $3500, much needed during the holidays and a year under chaotic tariff fueled inflation.

I had an excellent experience with Aaron Plumbing, Heating & Cooling when they replaced my failed Rheem water heater—despite my home being only three years old. My technician, CJ, was professional, respectful, and great to work with. He wore shoe booties in my home and provided clear communication and arrival updates throughout the day. They installed a new A.O. Smith ProLine Commercial-Grade water heater, which is a major upgrade. Because the new unit is shorter and wider than the original tall, narrow model, CJ initially placed it on wood blocks so it could reach the existing power line. While it worked, I wasn’t happy with how the wood blocks looked. I purchased concrete pavers from Home Depot to create a more clean and professional appearance. What impressed me most was the team’s willingness to make it right. They returned the very next business day to reinstall the water heater on the new pavers, and the service manager, Michael, even stopped by to assist with the reinstall. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. The final installation looks clean, solid, and professional, and I’m very happy with both the product and the service. Aaron's came out to install my water heater after I had a leak from a failed PRV. Their quote was comparable to others, but I chose to use Aaron's because the technician took the time to go over the water heater, the issue, what was up to code, and maintenance and care for a water heater. Plus, he was a veteran. (Stevie). It took about 4 to 5 hours to install. This review was from 2024. I had them to come out again 11/6/25 to diagnose an issue. This is the second time we have used Aaron. First, they installed a tankless water heater and it works beautifully. This time, we had a water main break and our irrigation system had two different leaks. Gabe and Robert came out, were both very knowledgeable and professional, gave us a quote, and fixed the problem within 48 hours of our first phone call. My first experience using them and I'll definitely go back when I need the next thing. Today they installed a new hot water heater and the result looked well done and clean with no shortcuts, and it was clear they made a point to check their work (I'm used to having to find issues for contractors and telling them what to adjust). In my case it was a crew of Dillion and Josh and it was super easy to talk to them and understand what was going to happen and they easily answered my questions and let me poke around and learn more about everything. We actually have a tight space in the little utility area and it sounds like we got our money's worth on this job, and the result exactly matches everything we talked about, new tank, water valves, expansion tank and rework to code, gas line and valves, etc. A note about how we got here. I had several companies come out to give us quotes, including the big box stores, and in all cases they would come out and speak well but as soon as I got the estimate and needed someone to talk to me about options or why it needed to be done this way or cost this much I could never get anyone to call me back and answer questions. It was so frustrating. A coworker said he had a good experience with these guys recently so I thought I'd try them. Chris came out and talked me through everything and we got into the weeds on some details. When I finally got the estimate I still had questions and without too much trouble I got Chris on the phone directly and he had no trouble talking about anything and clearing everything up. I will say, they have some improvements to do in this regard. Initially I did not get answers to my questions and I had to call the office and ask what happened, but that's when Chris directly called me back right away. It turns out the office tends to interface to the crews and even routes the phone calls through another system and they can't even text. Chris was awesome for sure and I think this is an area for improvement but it didn't literally cause a big problem (but it was possibly close to me not trying harder to call them back). Anyway, yeah, definitely give them a shot at your work, and I found their price to be good and very comparable to others.

We recently discovered that we had a leak in our water line, which caused us to have some very expensive water bills.  We had worked with Aaron Services before and once again we found them to be incredibly responsive helpful.  We specifically worked with Gabe, who was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem and provide us with multiple options to get the problem resolved. We had a great experience.  CJ came out to replace our Water Pressure Control Valve and Water Heater, he arrived within a few hours on a Saturday.  When the water pressure valve is no longer working, the water pressure in the home can reach over 120 PSI, when it should be closer to 45 PSI.  It can put a lot of strain on the toilets and water heater components.  I think that's what happened in our case. With an older house like ours, built in 95, the plumbing spaces have gotten tighter as the water heaters have gotten bigger over time.  CJ was able to make some changes to the plumbing so I can reach the spigot valve that for turning off the hose in Winter.  It was so far behind the water heater I could barely reach it with a ladder anymore.  I appreciated CJ's positive professional demeanor and willingness to come up with a solution for this older plumbing configuration. I would highly recommend Aaron plumbing.  Pricing was great!
