Had a service tech come out and look into a clogged drain, was told would be a $175 diagnostic fee, which consisted of the tech taking the p-trap off the sink, and feeling for air being pulled (which yes, we already knew it was pulling water from the p-trap). Then told that the next step would be a $500 diagnostic by scoping through our toilet. Tech had to go out to make a call because they were stumped. Overall unhappy with the level of service received. 09/29/2026 - Aaron Services has done it again! Luke arrived right on time and did an incredible job explaining what was needed to bring our under-sink drainage up to Gwinnett County building code—correcting a faulty installation left behind by a previous plumber. His communication was top-notch, and the pricing was completely fair. To top it off, Missy called afterward to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work. They replaced the angle stops under my kitchen sink for $730, and wanted another $650 to replace the sink faucet. And that's if I bought the faucet! Good grief! I said nope. Another service installed the faucet I bought and did a great job for $235. I'll stay with them from now on.
