Had a service tech come out and look into a clogged drain, was told would be a $175 diagnostic fee, which consisted of the tech taking the p-trap off the sink, and feeling for air being pulled (which yes, we already knew it was pulling water from the p-trap). Then told that the next step would be a $500 diagnostic by scoping through our toilet. Tech had to go out to make a call because they were stumped. Overall unhappy with the level of service received. Will not be using or recommending them in the future.

Updating: received a call from the manager asking to make things right. Moving from 2 to 3 stars and will update later with the outcome
