Sewer & Septic
General Info
Medium Safety
Why are there tree roots in my sewer line?
Tree roots can invade sewer lines looking for moisture. Even tiny cracks or leaks in the pipes can attract them. Drought conditions can exacerbate sewer root problems. If you see or suspect roots in your sewer, it’s a good idea to have it checked out before it gets worse.
