Five-Star Experience with Aaron Plumbing: Prompt, Professional, and Beyond Expectations in Duluth, GA
I was in need of a plumber to fix a leaky pipe(s) in my 41 year old house in Duluth Ga. A review of plumbing contractors in the “2023 FIVE STAR RATED Gwinnett County Georgia Homeowner Referral Guidebook” took me to Aaron Plumbing a five star rated family owned plumbing company. After contacting the business I was told by that business that I would be contacted that day by a plumber and was in fact contacted by Nate Nelson who advised me that he was on his way. Mid afternoon on that day, Nate Nelson and CJ arrived. After I approved the written estimate, work began and was finished later in the afternoon. I was pleased with the plumbing work that is guaranteed with a year warranty, parts and labor. If you need plumbing work done, contact Aaron Plumbing. From Repairs to Remodel: Gabe’s Expertise Shines in Buford!”
We have used Gabe at Aaron Plumbing for the past few years on repair work at our community’s aging pool house. This month, Gabe help us repair damaged pipes, worn out plumbing valves and moving supply and drain lines for the bathroom remodel we are undertaking. He did a great job explaining the options to us and we had a great outcome for the work we required.
Beyond Just a Fix: The Aaron’s Plumbing Experience in Lawrenceville!
The team from Aaron’s Plumbing Heating & Cooling in the Metro Atlanta Gwinnett County area did a fantastic job replacing my broken 18 year old tankless water heater. Aaron’s Plumbing has a fantastic communication and follow-up process utlizing Text Messaging and courtesy phone calls from their customer service department. The two licensed plumbers who took care of my issues were Matthew L. and CJ.
Matt L. came out on my first call to troubleshoot the broken unit and he quickly got in touch with the manufacturer and they quickly determined that the unit’s circuit board was bad. Matt allowed me to speak with the manufacturer’s service rep and they went on to explain that my 18 yr old unit has been discontinued and only certain spare parts for basic preventative maintanence might be available but a major item like the circuit board is no longer available. Matt then went on to provide a quote for the entire replacement cost of a new tankless water heater at whooping $4digits and change if I replace my broken unit with something equivalent or better; meaning more efficient than my prior unit, for those who care about energy efficiency. Yes, I had serious heartburn after that. I thanked Matt and sent him home.
Thereafter, I did my own research regarding the cost of replacing my tankless water heater, if I did it myself or checked with competitor and after 24 hours of research, thinking and calculating, I determined that Aaron’s Plumbing quote is better than any other competitor in my area and they can get the job done within 24-48 hours. If I would have purchased my own tankless water heater on my own and hire a licensed plumber to do the job installing it, it would have saved me aprpoximately $200-$300 dollars but I would be without hot water for another 7-10 business days. If you have family, a wife, children grown or small, and a dog, you will know that the father of the house is on the receiving end of all the complaints and get the endless evil eye every time someone has to take a shower without hot water. So to relieve my stress and heartburn, I called Matt L (Aaron’s Plumbing) and gave the ok to replace my unit. GUP!
The following business day (disclaimer – Monday), Matt L and CJ arrived as scheduled and yes Aaron’s customer service team also called and texted me to confirm their arrival – I give A++ score on their method of communication. The guys went on to replace the tankless water heater, install it, set up new ventilation, cleaned up after themselves, let me say that again CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, hauled away the old unit and boxes and completed the job in about a 4.5 hr time period. Kudos to these guys. Also want to mention they were here to do 3 jobs aside from just replacing the tankless water heater (replace main water pressure control valve, replace front of the house water spigot, and replace tankless water heater) thus 4.5 hrs to complete.
Lastly, if you’re in need of a great company to do business with, I would highly recommend Aaron’s Plumbing but most of all ask for Matt L or CJ. Forgot to mention, I asked these guys a ton of questions and they took their time to answer all my questions, displaying a lot of patience answering my dumb questions and they were top notch professional. Let the pro’s do their thing and pay them right. Cheers!

Rylan Williams did an outstanding job assisting us with our plumbing fixture needs. He was pleasant, punctual, efficient, and professionally courteous and friendly. I really appreciate Dillon I have my Mom and Dad, Dad can't get around and Mom has trouble hearing I wasn't able to be there but talked with him on the phone he did a great job and I really appreciate how he treated my parents so respectful and he showed my Mom everything he did, they couldn't say enough good things about him. My first time using them and I will use them again for sure!

Brandon T was a true Godsend! I am experiencing water leakage in my home which led to tremendous mold issues, putting me in a hotel. You can imagine as a mature, single lady that threw my life into turmoil! For four days, I heard everybody’s opinion of what it could be before everybody closed up for the long holiday weekend On Labor Day, my son reached out to get on somebody’s schedule for Tuesday, but to our surprise the phone was answered and a tech was sent out within 30 minutes. Thank God, it was Brandon T He found what nobody had been able to find after four days of talking!!!! Within minutes, he discovered the problem, corrected the problem which now is going allow me to get back with the insurance company to hopefully get their approval to take care of the remediation and the flooring. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Brandon! He came in calm, knowledgeable and determined to get this issue taken care of for me. And that he did! I will never forget how you turned everything around for me Brandon on that Labor Day!!! God bless you and your family.

Had a busted pipe in my yard and the shut off valve was broken. My technician Tai worked with our HOA lead to schedule street shut off so the repairs could be made. Tai was able to fix the leak and have the water back on very quickly for me and my neighbors. Definitely recommend Aaron Services and Tai specifically for any plumbing issues you have!
